These times are uber intense and highly charged. Factions argue back and forth on most anything, politics, sports, entertainment or even leisure activity. Rational debate (to be further defined later on) often but certainly not always pits experts vs experts or facts produced by experts on both sides. It is high time we look into this assumption made by all debaters, namely, that we have parties in the know who can prove whatever they espouse (even as there are the same on the other side who can establish the exact opposite).
